Conventional Moisture Protection Technologies

Paraffin-Based Chemical Injection (DPC Injection)

A series of holes are drilled into the mortar joints before a paraffin-based water-repellent compound is injected into the masonry. In heavily saturated walls, pre-drying with heating rods may be required before high-pressure injection to improve penetration and form a chemical damp-proof course.

Mechanical Damp Proof Course (Physical DPC)
